She was born in 1989 in Istanbul. She graduated from Lycee Saint Joseph in 2008. She had her BA from Koç University in sociology degree in 2013. After her graduation, she started to work at IPSOS Research Company as a qualitative researcher and worked there for one and a half years. 

In 2016 she started her MA degree in Budapest at Central European University however she had a serious health issue and after a break of recovery she started her MA in the field of fine arts at Yeditepe University she completed her Master’s degree with the thesis “Türk Resminde Kadınlar, Kadın Sanatçıların Gözünden Kadın Temsiliyeti ve Semboller: Güzin Duran”, now she continues to her doctoral studies at Yeditepe University.
