Elif Fırat was born in Istanbul in 1994. She began her education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2013. The artist constructs sculptures based on the concept of emotion, creating a space of freedom by drawing inspiration from her inner conflicts. To convey these internal states more effectively to the audience, she avoids assigning specific identities to her works. Moving with a desire to become one with the nature that intensifies within her during these emotional conflicts, she has found a path to self-healing. Fırat emphasizes the idea that we coexist with nature and form a whole. Utilizing these norms, she continues to produce her artworks.
